We believe the best way to fuel our cycling starts with a good quality and well balanced diet which is rich in vitamins and nutrients.
We have carefully selected the ingredients for our meals in Spain from the best locally produced foods. This will not only assist with post exercise recovery but also help fuel your energy needs for the following days cycle ride.
On all our tours we include energy bars, fruit and drinks to help you maintain your performance and keep you well hydrated. Post ride recovery and protein shakes are also included to make sure your muscles are ready for the next day's adventure.

Why we include professional sports and remedial massage and ultrasound treatment
We want you to feel at your best so we have included 'Professional Sports and remedial massage' This will really help after a long day's bike ride in Spain, not only will it help to relax tense muscles and increase blood flow to the area, it will also flush toxins and metabolic waste from the muscle and so reduce the risk of muscle cramps.
Repeated exercise shortens and tightens muscle fibre which is then locked into muscle memory, causing postural shifts and joint problems if left untreated, remedial massage can identify these and offers solutions to normalise joint and muscle function.
Muscle strains and sprain injuries can be treated with ultrasound sessions to get you back to your best as soon as possible.
